Red3 Networks has a straight forward returns policy
Damaged / Faulty Items
Please check your items for damage or missing items before signing for delivery. Your signature indicates acceptance of goods in satisfactory and complete condition. This therefore waives any right to claims against the delivery. If damage or missing goods exist in your order you must report this within 30 days of delivery. We will then send out a replacement for the faulty item and arrange for a courier to pick up the damaged / faulty item.
Unwanted Order
If you have made a mistake with your order or no longer want the items you must notify us within 7 days of delivery, you may return your items with no fault or damage to our Maidstone branch. A handling charge of 10% of the purchase price of the products will be chargeable, provided they are the Company’s stock items, are in resalable condition and are returned within 7 days of the date of supply.
